SERVICES:
Our volunteer professionals provide outpatient services during
scheduled appointments. Patients must have a preliminary meeting
to determine eligibility and complete necessary paperwork.
Services offered include:
Diagnostic and primary medical treatment
Asthma & Allergy
Dermatology
Gynecology
Podiatry
Dispensary (we do not dispense narcotics and other controlled
substances)
STD screenings
We also offer an anxiety/depression group every other Thursday
night beginning at 6:30pm. Please call 815-879-8794 if you are
interested. Check our calendar to
confirm which nights the group is held.
Hours:
The clinic is open Tuesday-Thursday 9am-2pm. Appointments are
scheduled outside these hours as needed.
Pharmacy pickup is each Wednesday from 5pm-6:30pm.
We are closed on most government holidays and also the week between
Christmas and New Years Day.
Occasionally, a patient's needs exceed clinic capability.
The
patient is then referred to a hospital or specialist and the clinic
staff will help the patient pursue charity or low-cost services with
the referral
agency where available.
